At Ahmad Tea, we are dedicated to providing the finest tea experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  Ensure the tea tins or boxes are in their original, unopened condition and securely pack them in a suitable shipping box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our distribution center using a tracked mailing service.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
